Returns Policy

You are entitled, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within seven working days following your receipt of the good. All incorrectly ordered goods or unwanted products must be returned within 28 days and are subject to a 10% restocking charge,

please note no carriage refunds can be given for returned, unwanted or incorrectly ordered products. Returned goods must be unmarked and resalable, damaged goods may be subject to a damaged goods fee, or be sent back to you with no refund issued. Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt at our offices and we will let you know by email when your refund has been processed.

We recommended that you return your goods via recorded delivery.

If you return an item due to an error on our part or because the item is damaged or defective, you will be entitled to a full refund and we will also refund the delivery charges of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

For exchanges please send the product back to our offices for an exchange with a covering note quoting your order number, product required, name and address. To be accepted for exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories.

Any item that you receive with tags must be returned with all tags intact and attached. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any way. Footwear and insoles must be in their original, unworn condition with no marks or wear and tear visible.

Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund or exchange issued.

Please allow up to 15 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
